The Problem
Beware and be aware: An accelerated urgency for action to advance indigenous self-determination, and digital, economic, and cultural sovereign symmetry is at hand amid a great onslaught of technological modernization. All must counter adversarial threats of compromise and geopolitical change as the world faces climate crisis.
An Indigenous Solution
A DREAM college curriculum and the “Native Nations Digital Sovereign Strategy Board” provide a framework for digital sovereignty over ‘Native Owned’ digital assets, critical infrastructure, information, systems, networks, and software. Integrated cyber-security, physical-security, and resilience “Cy-Phy-Rez” design principles are included as a basis for composite environmental, community, and infrastructure resilience for indigenous solutions.
